Между 23-ти и 25-ти май 2022 г. в Никозия, Кипър се състоя четвъртата партньорска среща по проект “Mentor Your Future”, който има за цел да насърчи менторството сред студентите във висшите учебни заведения в Европа.
По време на срещата партньорите от 6 страни обсъдиха напредъка на проекта и разработването на тренинг методология за ментори, насоки за висши учебни заведения, които искат да въведат менторски практики в акаедмичните си програми, уебплатфома за учене и обмен, както и насоките за осъществяване на мотивационни дни с ментори. Организациите в консорциума дискутираха и бъдещи стъпки, тъй като проектът навлиза в третата и последна година от изпълнението си.
Водеща организация е нидерладския университет NHL Stenden, която работи в партньорство с Асоциация “Голям брат, Голяма сестра – Бтлгария”, AFEV – Франция, ACEEU – Германия, CMS – Испания и Университета в Никозия.

Between 23rd and 25th of May 2022 in Nicosia, Cyprus, the fourth transnaitonal partners meeting from the”Mentor Your Future” took place. The projectaims to promote mentoring among students in higher education in Europe.
During the meeting, the partners from 6 countries discussed the progress of the project and the development of a training method for mentors, guidelines for higher education institutions wishing to introduce mentoring practices in their academic programs, a web platform for training and exchange, and guidelines for implementation of impact days with mentors. The organizations in the consortium also discussed future steps, as the project enters its third and last year of its duration.
The meeting was hosted by the University of Nicosia.
The leading organization in the project is the Dutch University NHL Stenden, which works in partnership with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bulgaria Assocation, AFEV – France, ACEEU – Germany, CMS – Spain and the University of Nicosia.
